Prabowo Subianto, President-elect and Chairman of the Gerindra Party, sent his congratulations to the Labor Party on its 3rd anniversary through a video message. He expressed his apologies for not being able to attend the event in person, as he had prior commitments. Prabowo has been a long-time advocate for the rights and welfare of laborers, farmers, fishermen, and all Indonesian citizens, especially those who are not yet benefiting from economic prosperity. He emphasized his commitment to fighting for economic justice based on Pancasila and family values, rather than a capitalist or neoliberal system that goes against the principles of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. Prabowo called for unity among all Indonesians in building a progressive nation, stressing the importance of proper management of the country’s resources and the fight against corruption in order for Indonesia to become a developed country.
